Warranty/Returns

Qualimax Ltd offers a 7 days money back guarantee on most of the products we sell. Money back guarantee means that if you're not happy with your items you may return your order for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling within 7 days start from the first day receiving the item.

Warranty:

All of our products least a 30-day return to base warranty. There are a few exceptions (Clearance $ reserves are exempted from the warranty policies*) so make sure you ask if you are not sure, of course even if the product does not have a money back guarantee any warranty will still apply and meet all our obligations under the consumers guarantees act. Depending on the length of the warranty in place, we promise to repair or replace the product where possible, during the warranted period.  If we believe we have a product that suits your requirements better or are unable to replace the unit, we may suggest swapping to another similar product. This is your choice however, and you can still choose to have your money back instead. Outside the warranty period, Qualimax will do our best to help resolve any problems or issues; however the repair /replacement may incur some cost to the consumer.

Refunds will be processed via the method of payment; refund to credit cards will incur a processing fee deduction on refunds. Please be aware that bank clearance times vary and there may be some delay before funds appear in your account.

All warranties are considered void in the case of unauthorized repairs to the item(s).

Returns:

Please inform us within 7 days of receiving an item and we will provide a replacement at our cost or alternatively a full refund (including shipping) if:
- The faulty item is found to be defective and we are unable to fix or replace it
- The item was incorrectly described in website listing

To return a product, the customer needs to cover their postage and we will cover ours. A faulty item must be returned within 7 days upon a mutual agreement on the return by both parties. After receiving the return Qualimax Ltd will test the faulty unit and if found to be faulty, will repair or replace the damaged or faulty goods. If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged for a similar item, a full refund (including shipping) will be provided. Please allow up to 3-4 working days for testing and/or repair of the item(s) once returned.

We bear no liability for damage caused by inappropriate return of the item(s). Please ensure items are fully protected and secure in the packaging before returning to us.

If items returned to us as faulty are found to be in full working order upon testing, you will be liable for any extra shipping costs incurred to receive the product back. Please ensure that you have explored possible options such as flat batteries before returning an item to us.


Cancellation:

If you do not wish to complete a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your purchase prior to the package being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be stopped in time. If an order has already been shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. The shipping and handling fee paid is non-refundable on order cancellations that are dispatched.
